Position: Bilingual Sales Representative

We are seeking competitive, money-motivated bilingual sales professionals who are ready to take their earnings to the next level. This position allows you to focus on selling, not prospecting, with qualified homeowner appointments provided.

No canvassing. No cold calling. Just the opportunity to meet with homeowners and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home water evaluations and sales presentations
• Educate homeowners on water treatment systems and available solutions
• Build rapport and identify customer needs
• Present customized recommendations
• Close sales and complete required paperwork

Requirements

• Experience in home improvement sales, residential remodeling, kitchen and bath, solar, windows, doors, or related industries
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Must reside in Miami-Dade County
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven

Compensation

• $125,000–$250,000+ annual earning potential
• Qualified homeowner appointments provided
