Marketing Event Coordinator

Marketing Event Coordinator Location: Cerritos, CA Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour Key Responsibilities and Qualifications: Previous trade show, event coordination, marketing, or administrative experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and vendor coordination abilities Ability to manage timelines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience with website design or website redesign projects is a plus Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications Coordinate trade show logistics, including attendee travel, hotel accommodations, dining reservations, and scheduling Manage booth activities by working with vendors to ensure setup, teardown, and event timelines are completed successfully Organize product samples, sales collateral, and marketing materials for booth displays Track event-related tasks, deadlines, and communications to ensure smooth execution Provide administrative and operational support for event planning activities Assist with miscellaneous event and marketing coordination projects as needed Support a planned website redesign project in partnership with a third-party vendor (preferred experience, not required) Benefits: Solid Weekly Pay Direct deposit or payment card, your choice.
