This role supports dealership operations by maintaining strong vendor relationships, safeguarding company resources through disciplined payment practices, and ensuring complete and accurate accounts payable records.Responsibilities:Invoice Processing – Review, code, and process vendor invoices accurately and timely while ensuring proper approvals and supporting documentationPayment Administration – Prepare and process payments through various methods while maintaining compliance with payment schedules and company controlsVendor Support – Respond to vendor inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain positive vendor relationshipsReconciliation & Research – Reconcile vendor statements, investigate outstanding items, and resolve payment or invoice discrepanciesExpense Management – Review and process employee expense reimbursements in accordance with company policiesInternal Controls & Compliance – Follow established approval processes, maintain segregation of duties, and support fraud prevention and audit readinessQualifications:Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred2+ years of accounts payable, accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience preferredAutomotive dealership accounting experience preferredStrong understanding of accounts payable processes and general ledger codingProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systemsStrong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesJoin a dealership group where luxury, performance, and opportunity come together.
