Lyle Machinery Co. is a family owned diversified equipment dealer founded and currently based in Mississippi. For over 60 years, LMC has fostered a supportive and balanced culture to accomplish our shared values. We've added a location just down the road from our Headquarters in Richland, Mississippi, dedicated especially to Parts & Service. With several locations across MS, AL, LA, FL and TX, LMC performs service and repairs, both on-site and in the field, in addition to the sales, leases and rentals of heavy and compact equipment.

Not only have we been the #1 Komatsu Market Share Dealer in North America for the past several years, but we have also been Dealer of the Year for many of our other OEM's with whom we've partnered. As we continue to grow, we are looking for high-energy, self-motivated employees who work well with others and/or independently in a safe manner, and we're willing to train you!

Requirements

• Must be 18+ or older
• High school diploma/GED**
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have valid Driver's License or State-issued ID
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a related field
