Job TitleRequired Skills:Leading large-scale UKG Pro WFM implementations and providing strategic direction to ensure successful implementation and optimization.Experience as a solution architect for UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions Implementation for a multi country rolloutProven track record in providing comprehensive end-to-end implementation solutions from inception to completion, involving requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, deployment, staggered rollout and hypercare.Experience in defining system architecture, ensuring alignment to business needs and driving technical excellence through this implementationExpert in UKG Pro WFM modules, including Timekeeper, Accruals, Scheduling, Forecasting, Dell Boomi, and Device Manager.Skilled in customizing these modules to meet specific client needs and improve operational efficiency.Experience in integrating these modules with other enterprise systems to streamline processes and ensure data accuracy.Deep expertise in UKG Pro WFM, systems integrations and WFM best practices.Lead the technical configuration of Time tracking, Advanced Scheduling & forecasting, accruals, Analytics & Reports, Dell Boomi Integration, Device Configuration, Mobile configuration and compliance,Lead the Configuration and Troubleshooting for following modules in UKG Pro - Timekeeper/ Accruals/ Leave/ Attendance/ Attestation/ Advanced Scheduler/ ActivitiesLead the design of integrations using Dell Boomi and other integration platforms aligning to the best practices and customer priorities.Knowledge of product configuration, creating work rules, pay rules, break rules, exception rule etc.Support changes to existing configurations and build new as need basis.Design and deliver high quality solutions through system configuration that meets overall business requirements.
