Calle Sol is looking to add an experienced line cook to our team. If you have high-volume experience in a scratch kitchen and a passion for Latin American cuisine, we would love to meet you! Line Cook Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare amazing creations from scratch following our recipes to produce consistent results
• Multitask with focus and great ability
• Know and comply consistently with standard cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen practices
• Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using ovens, grills, fryers, and a variety of other kitchen equipment
• Follow the sanitization standards, make sure your work station stays clean, and follow all of the food handling standards

We Are Looking for A Line Cook Who:

• Has at least two years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
• Possesses good communication skills
• Is comfortable standing for 8+ hour shifts
• Can lift up to 50 pounds
• Has the flexibility to work weekends and some holidays
• Has experience in quality food production, presentation, service, and sanitation
• Has an advanced understanding of professional cooking, knife handling skills, and a voracious appetite for knowledge
• Must be available for nights and weekends
