Production Associate / Forklift Operator - Cardboard Box Manufacturing


Location: Washington, PA
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$19.50/hour
Benefits: Available Upon Hire
Shifts: 1st Shift & Midnight Shift Available


Express Employment Professionals is hiring full-time, permanent Production Associates and Forklift Operators for a leading cardboard box and corrugated packaging manufacturing facility in Washington, PA . These are direct-hire, long-term opportunities with benefits upon hire , opportunities for monthly production bonuses , and the potential to build a career in a growing manufacturing environment.


Candidates with previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, forklift, packaging, corrugated box, or machine operation experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Production Associate / Forklift Operator Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
• Assist machine operators with die-cutting machines and corrugated box production equipment .
• Measure materials and products accurately using a tape measure .
• Assist with production, packaging, material handling, and machine operation tasks.
• Load, move, stage, and organize materials as needed.
• Monitor production processes and help maintain quality standards.
• Perform additional manufacturing and production duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures .

Production Associate Qualifications

• Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial experience highly preferred.
• Forklift operating experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately use a tape measure .
• Experience working around machinery or manufacturing equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation required.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
• Must be able to wear required PPE, including:
  • Steel-toed shoes
  • Safety glasses
  • Earplugs/hearing protection

Available Manufacturing Shifts

Morning Shift - $18.00/hour


Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:00 PM

Midnight Shift - $19.50/hour


Sunday-Thursday | 11:00 PM-7:00 AM
