Coordinate all aspects of the admission and discharge processes, including managing tour requests and handling inquiries. Assess resident information for appropriate placement while maintaining and distributing accurate facility census data and statistics. Assist with daily facility operations, including hiring, scheduling, assigning work, and monitoring staff performance. Evaluate and improve the quality of services to ensure customer satisfaction and effective functioning for residents, families, and partners. What Minimum Requirements You'll Need Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
