The Opportunity: Join our dynamic team as a Lead Compliance Analyst specializing in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. You will play a vital role in managing investor onboarding and ongoing due diligence. This position is focused on private fund investor KYC, encompassing all aspects from intake and documentation review to entity verification and file completion. Responsibilities Conducting investor intake and meticulous document collection, review, and verification. Executing AML/KYC tasks in alignment with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Managing lower-complexity onboarding or lifecycle cases effectively. Documenting findings and decisions clearly and accurately. Proactively identifying and escalating issues or data gaps as per established guidelines. Meeting and exceeding productivity, quality, service level agreement (SLA), and turnaround time targets. Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in AML/KYC, compliance, or related financial services. A background in supporting onboarding and due diligence workflows. Familiarity with institutional investor documentation and entity structures. A strong attention to detail and organizational skills, demonstrating discipline in file management while thriving in SLA-driven environments. A genuine willingness to learn and grow expertise in AML/KYC. Ideal Qualifications A major or concentration in compliance, criminal justice, law, business, accounting, finance, or economics.
