A leading national law firm is seeking a Tax, Trusts & Estates Associate with 3+ years of experience to join its growing Private Client and Wealth Planning practice. The role is based in Miami. This role offers the opportunity to advise high-net-worth individuals, families, family offices, fiduciaries, and closely held businesses on a broad range of sophisticated tax, trust, estate planning, and wealth preservation matters. Associates will work on complex estate and gift tax planning strategies, trust and estate administration, business succession planning, charitable giving structures, and multigenerational wealth transfer planning. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax, trusts and estates law. Excellent oral advocacy, drafting, and written communication skills.
