Maintenance Mechanic

Now Hiring – Maintenance Mechanic / Machine Repair Position Type : Direct Hire Openings Available Seeking experienced Maintenance Mechanics with strong industrial maintenance and machine repair experience to support manufacturing operations and production equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and repair on industrial machinery, conveyor systems, motors, pneumatic tools, and production equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, engineering drawings, and manuals Diagnose equipment issues using precision measuring and testing instruments Disassemble and repair defective mechanical components using hand and power tools Perform equipment alignment, adjustments, and installations Fabricate and repair components using machine shop equipment including mills, lathes, drill presses, and welding equipment Support continuous operation of manufacturing equipment and mechanical systems Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to document maintenance activities Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Qualifications Journeyman Card, equivalent degree/certification with industrial maintenance experience, OR 10+ years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience required Strong experience troubleshooting industrial mechanical systems Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, bearings, and production equipment Ability to use precision measuring equipment including calipers and micrometers Blueprint and schematic reading experience required Welding and machining experience preferred Manufacturing or heavy industrial maintenance background strongly preferred Direct hire opportunity offering long‑term stability, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
