Assistant Teacher

Is knowledgeable of developmental early childhood methods and is responsible for assisting the teacher in the care and learning of children and developing lesson plans while following the curriculum. Education High School diploma or equivalent (Required) College level course work in early childhood education, child development, elementary education, psychology, or completion of Child Development Associate Credential (CDA). (Preferred)

Certification/Licensure Driver's License - Certification - Other/National Food Handlers Card - Certification - Food Service Certification w/in 90 days of hire Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) RQI w/in 30 days of hire Experience 1 year Childcare

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $17.78 - $25.53 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
