Base Salary: $90,000–$105,000About the Role
We are hiring an Assistant Project Manager for a growing South Florida developer and general contractor.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who has recently stepped into an Assistant Project Manager role or is a strong Project Engineer ready to take the next step in their career.
You'll work alongside experienced project leadership while supporting all phases of commercial and mixed-use construction projects.
Must-Have ExperienceWe're looking for candidates with General Contractor experience who are ready to continue growing within project management.
You must have:
- General Contractor experience
- Procore
- Bluebeam
- Microsoft Project
- Microsoft Excel
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Assistant Project Manager
- Project Engineer
- Commercial construction
- Multifamily construction
- Senior Project Engineer
- Construction Project Coordinator
- Field Engineer
- Manage RFIs
- Process submittals
- Coordinate document control
- Review shop drawings
- Support project scheduling
- Coordinate subcontractors
- Track permits
- Assist with buyouts
- Coordinate meetings
- Support punch lists
- Assist with project closeout documentation

Base salary is $90,000–$105,000 , depending on experience.
Compensation will ultimately be based on your construction background, technical skills, and overall qualifications.
