Car Washer / New Vehicle Detail Specialist – Tamiami Ford

Naples, FL | Full-Time | Top Pay + Performance Bonus

We're not looking for someone who "washes cars." We're looking for someone who takes pride in being the last set of hands on a brand-new vehicle before it meets its owner.

The Job:
You'll handle Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) detail work on new Fords — the final quality checkpoint before a customer drives off the lot. That means:

Wash and vacuum new vehicles
Remove all shipping wrap, plastic, and factory packaging from interior and exterior
Clean all glass (streak-free, no excuses)
Apply ceramic coating
Install Tamiami decals correctly (yes, there's a right way)
Maintain the lot daily, keeping vehicles organized in rows as directed by management

That's it. No sales pitches. No upsells. Just clean vehicles, done right, every time.

What We're Looking For:

Someone who actually gives a damn about doing things the right way
Organized and efficient — you'll have volume to move through
Reliable — showing up on time isn't optional
Able to work on your feet, outside, in Florida weather (you know what that means)

What You Get:

Competitive flat rate pay + performance bonus based on vehicles completed daily
Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm (no weekends — go have a life)
