This role requires a deep understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape affecting life sciences companies, work efficiently in a high-volume, high-pressure environment, and collaborate effectively with different departments within the organization.## Key Responsibilities:* Draft, review, and redline a wide variety of contracts and supporting documentation, including master services agreements, vendor agreements, statements of work, fee- for-service agreements, contractor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, third party data access agreements, licensing agreements, partnership agreements, etc.* Engage in direct negotiations and discussions with Trinity's clients and vendors.* Review and evaluate risks associated with various US and OUS privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR compliance)* Ability to conduct legal review of various contractual agreements with minimal oversight.* Assist in acquisition support/integration.* Provide prompt legal support and guidance to Trinity leadership and management teams.* Review and complete RFP/RFI questionnaires and Vendor forms.* Answer questions regarding current agreements' terms and conditions.* Collaborate with various internal business partners including Compliance, HR, and IT.* Perform administrative tasks on an as needed basis, such as signing documents and electronic filing.# Requirements:* Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and a minimum of 5+ years with a preference given to life sciences/pharma industry experience. Experience with regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and contract law is essential.* Significant redlining and contract review and negotiation experience required.* Knowledge of applicable healthcare, compliance, and privacy laws, rules, and regulations (Sunshine Act, Anti-Kickback Statue, pharmacovigilance requirements, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, etc.).* Must be detail oriented and demonstrate excellent organizational skills.* Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, and a strong work ethic focused on providing excellent customer service.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.**About Trinity**Trinity powers the future of life sciences commercialization through the fusion of human and artificial intelligence. For more information, visit Trinity at .Trinity's salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is a minimum of $140,000.
