About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead its mission of providing comprehensive, accessible, and high-quality healthcare services to the community. The successful candidate will be a key figure in the organization, serving as the primary contact with the Board of Directors, and will be responsible for the application of the company's goals, objectives, and policies in all management actions. This role demands a leader with a deep understanding of healthcare operations, a commitment to community health and equity, and the ability to supervise the strategic plan, program objectives, and staff training programs. The CEO will also ensure the company's compliance with all relevant laws and regulations and will be involved in the management of the facility and the development of fiscal and financial sustainability plans. Applicants for the CEO position at the company must have a Master's degree in public health administration, business administration, or a related field, with a preference for a minimum of two years of experience in federally qualified healthcare programs. A total of 5-7 years of progressive healthcare experience, including at least 3 years in senior-level management with a focus on program development and supervision, is required. The ideal candidate will have professional knowledge of primary healthcare and delivery systems, experience in the application of federal and state medical and healthcare-related laws, and a strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement mechanisms and the Affordable Care Act. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to lead a senior management team and ensure quality assurance and performance improvement.
