Assistant Salon Manager – Town of Bedford, New Hampshire Bedford Grove 7 Colby Ct, Town of Bedford, New Hampshire We’re a family‑owned salon group with 7 locations across New Hampshire and the region’s fastest‑growing Great Clips franchise group. We are looking for an assistant salon manager to support our stylists, build client relationships, and help grow the salon business. Key Responsibilities & Expectations As an assistant salon manager, you will: Lead and motivate the salon team with strong communication skills. Maintain a motivating and energetic environment. Provide top‑notch technical expertise as a licensed stylist. Organize daily operations and schedule staff. Drive sales and achieve performance goals. Qualifications Cosmetology license and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state). Licensed to cut hair. Experience in a salon environment preferred. Benefits & Compensation Competitive base wage of $30–$40+ per hour, plus weekly pay, commission, and incentives. 401(k) plan with company match. Paid vacation and holiday pay.
