We are a Florida-based native and Florida-Friendly landscaping company focused on sustainable landscape design and installation. We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Landscape Installation Crew Member to support residential and commercial landscape construction projects. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys physical outdoor work, learning installation techniques, and contributing to high-quality landscape builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of landscape elements including plantings, irrigation systems, lighting, soil preparation, and hardscape features such as walls, patios, and pathways.
• Perform hands-on tasks such as digging, planting, grading, mulching, and material placement according to plans and specifications.
• Follow landscape plans and job instructions provided by supervisors.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and landscape equipment.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, plants, and equipment to and from job sites.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites throughout each project.
• Communicate clearly with crew members and supervisors regarding job progress or issues.
• Assist with daily job documentation, timekeeping, and required paperwork using the jobber app.
• Properly use and care for company tools, equipment, vehicles, and materials.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned by the leadership team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in landscape installation, construction, or related outdoor work.
• Working knowledge of plants, soils, irrigation, lighting, and basic hardscape installation is a plus.
• Ability to safely operate tools and work around construction equipment.
• Reliable and working smartphone to access mobile apps on a daily basis used for job schedule, time keeping, work details and documentation.
• Ability to read and follow basic landscape plans and instructions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 50–80 lbs.
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb, balance, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Clear communication skills and willingness to learn.
