Job Full Description

We are seeking reliable Production Workers to assist in the manufacturing and packaging products in a fast-paced food production environment This role involves operating machinery, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring products meet safety and cleanliness guidelines.

*All Shifts Available*

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production line equipment used in cookie manufacturing
Mix, measure, and handle ingredients according to company recipes and standards
Inspect cookies for quality, size, shape, and consistency
Package finished products into containers, boxes, or pallets
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area in compliance with food safety regulation
Follow all safety, hygiene, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
Assist with loading/unloading materials and supplies

Required Skills & Qualifications

Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Ability to lift 25-50 lbs as needed
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
Reliable attendance and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

Previous food production or manufacturing experience
Knowledge of food safety standards (GMP, HACCP)
Experience working on production lines
