Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and recruitment strategies Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through various sourcing channels and networking platforms Create engaging job advertisements and employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on competencies, experience, and organizational fit Coordinate interview arrangements and facilitate a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process Support onboarding and employee integration activities where required Keep updated on market trends, hiring practices, and employment regulations to ensure recruitment compliance Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes, employee engagement, and talent acquisition initiatives Collaborate effectively with internal teams while managing multiple hiring assignments independently Requirements Diploma or Degree from a recognised institution Training provided, no exp needed Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Detail-oriented with strong coordination, organisational, and multitasking abilities Able to work independently in a fast-moving environment while being a collaborative team player #J-18808-Ljbffr Recruit Express
