Job Summary An established integrated health organization is seeking a full‑time experienced BC/BE family/internal medicine MD with hospital and emergency room experience. The candidate will work in our family/urgent care clinic with multiple locations in the DFW area and must be energetic, motivated, and able to perform and supervise intravenous infusion. Job Description Examine, diagnose and treat patients of all ages for acute injuries, infections, and illnesses Counsel and educate patients and families about acute and chronic conditions, medical concerns, or health wellness Formulate diagnostic and treatment plans Prescribe and administer medications, therapies, suturing and splinting Order lab and imaging tests to determine and manage an immediate treatment plan and provide advice on follow up Refer appropriate tertiary care to specialists or care facilities Complete all documentation and paperwork in a timely manner within the electronic medical record Supervise assigned midlevel providers and nurses, review quality of care, and sign off on midlevel provider and nurse patient charts Provide excellent patient care and customer service Job Requirements Must have valid Texas Medical License Must have DPS License Federal DEA authorization Current Driver's License Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Comfortable providing on‑site intravenous infusion therapy 5 years post‑residency experience ideal; urgent care and outpatient clinic experience preferred Certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Bi‑lingual English/Spanish preferred Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis for any employer Successful candidate must submit to TB testing and vaccinations required by company policy Job Location / Hours Dallas/Fort Worth area. Monday‑Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; work hours may shift, including occasional service at another TPRG facility in the Dallas area.
