Ambulance Paramedic

EXP: 2+ YEAR PARAMEDIC EXP REQUIRED.

Position Overview

• Provides direct patient care within scope of licensure and established protocols
• Administers emergency medications in accordance with Wyoming Paramedic Scope of Practice
• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and establishes care priorities
• Delivers appropriate emergency and pre-hospital patient care
• Documents patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately in the WATRS reporting system
• Ensures compliance with Wyoming State statutes and documentation requirements
• Maintains ambulances and stations in a clean, stocked, and service-ready condition
• Assists with patient care in other hospital departments when requested and within scope of practice
• Collaborates with physicians, RNs, and healthcare teams to provide quality patient care
• Prioritizes tasks and effectively manages time, personnel, and resources
• Supports departmental goals, standards, and operational excellence
• Performs additional duties as assigned
