GENERAL PURPOSE A Warehouse Operations Technician is part of our pay for skills program and allows individuals to continue to build skills providing opportunity to increase their compensation. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Individuals with Material Handling skills receive, store, and pull raw and finished goods through the warehouse facility in a safe, accurate and timely manner, along with the proper part tracking. Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives. Education/Experience One of the following is required: (1) High school diploma or its equivalent (GED for example), (2) work experience which demonstrates performance competency Skills and Abilities Competent in basic math skills such as counting, adding, and subtracting. Ability to work cooperatively within the team as well as with members of other teams to meet goals. Demonstrated willingness to adapt to a continually changing environment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
