About the Position

The nurse will be responsible for a patient ratio of 1:5-6. First-time travelers are welcome to apply. Weekend shifts will be required every other weekend. The role involves floating within the service line as needed. Candidates must hold a BCLS certification, and an OCN certification is preferred. No on-call requirements are associated with this position. The patient demographics include adults and geriatrics. The daily patient census is approximately 20. Those interested should ensure they meet the experience and licensing requirements. The nurse will engage in the care of patients with medical/surgical, oncology, chemotherapy, hospice, and observation needs. Orientation will be conducted as necessary for competency validation. Traveling nurses should expect to fulfill the entire contract duration.
