The ideal candidate will ensure properties are well-maintained and operations run smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day property operations, ensuring efficient functioning and tenant satisfaction.Utilize proven property management experience to address a variety of property-related matters.Maintain accurate property records and generate basic reports using Microsoft Excel and other standard computer software.Perform essential minor maintenance tasks, which include, but are not limited to:Changing locks and rekeying.Repairing skirting.Boarding up windows securely.Addressing minor plumbing issues such as leaks or clogs.Communicate effectively and professionally with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant housing regulations.Required Qualifications:Demonstrable experience in residential property management.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for basic data entry, tracking, and reporting.Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating System.Proven ability to perform minor maintenance tasks as outlined above.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Property Manager Qualifications:Multiply locations- Jacksonville, Mena, SpringdaleApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employmentA conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
