Billing Specialist

Job Duties Prepares and ensures that all customer invoices are billed accurately and timely within the customers' requirements. Identifies and resolves billing issues in a timely manner. Inputs invoicing into third‑party billing system. Weekly reporting of any issues not resolved by end of week, including open issues such as "Need PO's" and "Unbilled Revenue - Incomplete Projects". Follow established procedures and exercise some judgment in application. Make recommendations to improve quality of invoicing. Performs other related duties as assigned. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills and handle high volume. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing priorities in a professional manner. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and on a team. Maintain a professional attitude and presentation at all times. Requirements High school Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 1+ year of experience as a billing invoice specialist in an ERP system. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR if driving for the company. Physical requirements: occasional lifting/carrying of 10 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
