Position Overview We are seeking a creative and organized Content Coordinator to support marketing initiatives across digital, print, video, and event channels. This role is responsible for developing engaging content, coordinating promotional campaigns, supporting industry events, and helping maintain a consistent brand presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills with project management abilities and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Content Development & Marketing Support Create, edit, and proofread content for marketing campaigns, websites, email communications, and promotional materials. Assist in the development of product-focused messaging and campaign assets. Ensure brand standards and messaging consistency across all marketing channels. Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and develop compelling marketing content. Support the creation of presentations, sales support materials, and other marketing collateral. Digital & Multimedia Content Coordinate the production of photo and video content for products, events, and marketing campaigns. Edit and repurpose multimedia content for use on websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital channels. Assist with maintaining and updating digital content libraries and marketing resources. Support content planning initiatives designed to increase audience engagement and brand visibility. Events & Promotional Activities Assist with planning and execution of industry events, trade shows, and customer-facing marketing activities. Coordinate event-related materials, promotional assets, and logistics. Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful event execution. Support post-event reporting, content collection, and performance tracking. Help identify opportunities to extend event content across digital marketing channels. Project Coordination Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support marketing priorities and business objectives. Maintain project schedules and assist with campaign tracking and reporting. Perform additional marketing-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related discipline. 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Experience creating content for digital and traditional marketing channels. Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms. Strong organizational, project management, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment. Preferred Experience supporting marketing efforts within a manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environment. Knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or similar tools. Experience coordinating events, conferences, or trade shows. Basic video editing and multimedia content production experience. Additional Information Occasional travel may be required to support events, trade shows, and company initiatives. Candidates should demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
