HOURS: Monday through Wednesday 7:30am-5pm; Thursday, 7:30am-4pm and 1 Friday a month 7:30am-2pm PAY and BENEFITS: - PAY: We provide a VERY competitive compensation package. IDEAL CANDIDATES We are searching for a dedicated Treatment Care Coordinator (TCC) who would like to grow even further to join our supportive, team-oriented environment. DESCRIPTION: We are offering an exciting career opportunity as a Treatment Care Coordinator at our Pure Smiles Findlay office. Our team consists of 10 talented dental professionals, including two experienced doctors, all dedicated to providing a positive lasting difference in the lives they touch. We have a collaborative, kind and supportive environment and like to HAVE FUN! IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: - be proficient in treatment planning, patient education, and putting the patient first. - REQUIRED: 1+ years previous treatment planning experience at a Dental Office - coordinate with the practitioner, the patient, and their insurance provider to determine estimated treatment costs based upon the proposed treatment plans, applicable lab fees, and benefits coverage. - have leadership skills and the ability to foster positive team relationships to promote a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. - communicate with the clinical staff during the patient's appointment to keep everyone on schedule and informed about the patient's needs. - represent the Pure Smiles brand by being a team player who is kind and helpful as well as comfortable with change. - greet and check in patients promptly and courteously, and provide them clear, accurate information about their scheduled appointment/treatment. - increase new patient growth by supporting marketing and promotional programs, including recall, continuing care calls, and working with referrals.
