What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Leading daily operations and managing staff
• Partnering closely with the Board of Directors on organizational strategy
• Overseeing budgets, financial planning, and grant funding efforts
• Identifying fundraising opportunities and securing additional funding sources
• Strengthening community partnerships with law enforcement, service agencies, and local organizations
• Ensuring program compliance, reporting, and service effectiveness
• Supporting clinical teams and ensuring quality care for clients

What We're Looking For:

• Leadership experience in nonprofit management, social services, healthcare, behavioral health, or related fields
• Experience managing budgets, grants, and fundraising initiatives
• Strong background in community partnerships and stakeholder engagement
• Experience leading teams and developing programs
• Knowledge of domestic violence, sexual assault, family advocacy, or crisis services is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree required | Master's degree preferred
