Description

American Traveler is hiring a Travel Sonographer with 3+ years of experience and ARDMS certification for a 13-week radiology ultrasound assignment in the Boston area.

Details

• Radiology Ultrasound department in an acute care hospital setting
• Abdomen and OB/GYN ultrasound case mix
• Day shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Rotational weekend call required
• 13-week contract
• Epic used for charting

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of Sonographer experience
• ARDMS certification required
• BLS required (AHA only; Red Cross not accepted at this location)
• Active MA license required at time of consideration; conditional or pending licenses are not accepted — license required if applicable
• Experience with abdominal and OB/GYN ultrasound required
• 2 professional references required for consideration
• Flu vaccine required; no religious or medical exemptions accepted

Additional Information

• Perform abdominal and OB/GYN ultrasound examinations
• Timekeeping is completed via UKG/Kronos
• No validated parking is available at Boston-area locations; public parking lots are available at daily rates, and public transportation is encouraged
