The emphasis is on PMO leadership and operational governance over industry-specific knowledge.Qualifications8+ years of program management experience leading large-scale technical and enterprise-wide programs within a technology or cloud infrastructure environment.Proven experience establishing or maintaining governance frameworks within an Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO).Deep expertise across project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and PMO platforms (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence).Demonstrated ability to drive alignment and hold cross-functional teams accountable across complex, distributed organizational structures.Exceptional leadership, structured problem-solving, and communication skills with extensive executive presentation experience.Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PgMP, PMP, CSM) are strongly preferred.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
