• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) issued by ASHA
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborative, flexible, and compassionate approach to working with students and educators

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language services to students, assessing and identifying specific needs
• Design and execute therapies targeting speech, language, voice, and communication disorders
• Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise and advocating for students’ communication goals
• Deliver services both one-on-one and in group settings as appropriate
