Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily transit operations, including scheduling, dispatch, and service performance
- Supervise operations staff and support bus operators in the field
- Monitor on-time performance and service reliability
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and contract requirements
- Respond to operational issues and customer concerns as needed
- Coordinate with maintenance to ensure vehicle availability
- Must have Real-Time Bus Tracking and System Management Experience.
- CAD/AVL experience
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of transit or transportation operations experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of transit operations, safety practices, and DOT regulations
