About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Advanced Care Operations to lead the strategic and operational aspects of its advanced care platform, which includes specialty, emergency, and urgent care services. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the performance, scalability, and integration of these high-acuity veterinary services, ensuring operational excellence, exceptional patient outcomes, and sustainable growth. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive operational strategy, building scalable frameworks, and partnering with executive leadership to identify market opportunities and strategic investments. The VP will also oversee advanced care hospital operations, lead initiatives for operational efficiency, and collaborate with clinical and HR leaders on talent and workforce strategy. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in healthcare, veterinary, specialty care, emergency medicine, or multi-site operations, with a proven track record of leading complex operations across multiple locations. Strong financial acumen, the ability to lead large-scale transformations, and exceptional communication and executive leadership skills are essential. The role requires a candidate with a strategic mindset, a passion for advancing patient care and clinical excellence, and a collaborative leadership style. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an advanced degree, and alignment with the company's values of care, partnership, innovation, and progress is a must.
