MASTER HVAC & REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN – Step Into Leadership!

Starting Rate: $43.00 / hour

What You Bring to the Table:
• True Expertise: Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Master or high-level Journeyman in HVAC and Refrigeration.
• Diagnostic Mastery: Extensive experience troubleshooting and diagnosing a wide range of commercial and residential equipment.
• Leadership Qualities: The ability to lead by example, guide others, and communicate complex issues clearly to both team members and customers.
• Professionalism: Clean-cut, presentable appearance with exemplary customer service skills.
• Uncompromising Integrity: Honest, hard-working, reliable, and a true team player.
• The Details: Meticulous attention to detail and cleanliness on every single job site.
• Credentials: Valid EPA License and a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
