TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Lubbock, Texas, 79410!

ICU Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 3 years of travel experience required License: Compact license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - ICU experience required - Experience with cardiovascular surgery, trauma, ventilators, chest tubes, central venous lines, external ventricular drains, and neurosurgery required Description: The ideal candidate will float between units. Weekend shifts are required to fulfill unit needs. Six weekend shifts are expected in a six-week schedule. Candidates must have experience with lab interpretation. The expected patient ratio is 1:2. Charting system experience with Epic is required. The unit provides support from interdisciplinary teams, including IV teams and respiratory services. Patient population includes adults with various diagnoses, including trauma and surgical cases. Special equipment utilized includes ECMO and Impella. Candidates may be required to float to nearby facilities as needed. Refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment. Travelers must commit to working three out of five specified holidays.
