Job Summary:
Cardiovascular Operating Room Staff position located in Houston, Texas. The role involves working in a specialized operating room environment focused on cardiac and vascular surgery procedures. Candidates must bring their license on the first day of assignment. The position requires a minimum of zero years of experience and offers a schedule of day shifts.

Job Details:

• Location: Houston, Texas
• Shift: Days, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Candidates must have CVOR experience in cardiac and vascular surgery, with at least 2 years of exclusive CVOR experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with scrub and circulate roles for 5 years.
• Additional Information: The unit has a total of 5 CVORsincluding 1 Hybrid and 1 Hybrid shared with Cath Laband a staff of 7 registered nurses (including 1 Clinical Nurse Coordinator, 1 PRN, 1 Part-Time) and 6 certified surgical technologists. Call for weekends is required. Black scrubs are provided by the CVOR.
