Key Responsibilities Lead in the Community: Be the face of INB in your area, building relationships with businesses, organizations, and community members. Inspire Your Team: Recruit, coach, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve branch goals. Drive Growth: Expand customer relationships, grow deposits, and promote INB’s innovative products. Deliver Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, compliance, and a welcoming branch environment. Qualifications A natural leader with strong community connections. Experience in banking, sales leadership, or financial center management (5+ years preferred). Strong communication and coaching skills - you enjoy helping people grow. Business acumen and the ability to identify opportunities for growth. Willingness to obtain and maintain NMLS registration (SAFE Act requirement). Mathematical Skills Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, with an ability to quickly learn other bank related programs. Salary: $60,000-$66,000 base salary + incentive opportunity The estimated hiring range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. Group Insurance Benefits and Plans INB provides health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits to all full-time employees. Coverage also is extended to their eligible dependents. Active employees make premium contributions based on plan selections.
