Accounts Receivable Clerk Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 16.00 to $ 20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)

• Generate, verify, and send invoices while maintaining accurate billing records
• Process and apply incoming payments, including ACH, credit card, and wire transfers
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts to ensure timely collections
• Reconcile AR ledger, track cash flow, and assist with reporting and month-end close
• Resolve billing discrepancies while maintaining positive client relationships

Accounts Receivable Clerk Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Salesforce, etc.) preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
