Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound calls to help current clients with insurance related questions
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Pivot to additional products and services our clients are missing
• Make outbound calls to help customers who are late on their bill

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in Cumming, GA.
• I am a proud graduate of Georgia State University .
• We currently have 7 team members at our agency.
