Our goal is to foster a collaborative and diverse workforce where dedication and initiative drive excellence in achieving our organizational objectives.Duties and Responsibilities:Conduct maintenance according to skill level and pursuant to safety policies and proceduresRead and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and serviceDiagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make-adjustmentsDetect faulty operations, defective material, and report those unusual situations to the facility maintenance managerUtilizing Microsoft Office, order and schedule parts as well as jobsPerform work in a safe manner and use Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) alwaysPerform other duties as assignedRequirements:Ability to read and understand blueprintsAble to set up and operate a variety of machine toolsAble to fit and assemble parts to fabricate or repair tools and maintain industrial machinesApplies knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, material properties, layout, and machining procedures requiredObserves and listens to operating machines or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions and determine needs for adjustments or repairDismantles machine or equipment using hand tools or power tools to examine parts for defects or to remove defective partsAssembles and tests operating machines to verify correction of malfunctionMay maintain and lubricate machine tools and equipmentMay repair or replace faulty wiring, switches or relaysMotivated, detail oriented and the ability to perform as a team playerGood reading and math skillsStrong analytical skills, mechanical aptitude and manual dexterityHigh school education or GEDAble to read, write, and speak EnglishStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf starter who can work with minimal supervision
