Athletic Trainer

Job Title Athletic Trainer Location Worcester, MA Job Summary The Athletic Trainer assists the Head Athletic Trainer/Athletics Health Care Administrator (HAT/AHCA) in all aspects of the athletic training and athletic health care functions for varsity athletics, supporting 18 varsity sports and over 650 student‑athletes. Responsibilities Assist the HAT/AHCA with testing, evaluation, treatments, rehabilitation, and medical referrals for varsity athletes. Monitor inventory and coordinate purchasing of supplies. Produce detailed written and electronic documentation of injuries, conditions, treatment, rehabilitation, and progress notes, in coordination with coaching staff and physicians. Provide coverage for all varsity team practices and competitions as assigned. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the supervisor. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training. NATA/BOC Certification. Licensed in Massachusetts. AED/First Aid and CPR certified. 1–3 years of collegiate‑level athletic training experience, especially in contact sports. Master’s degree in Athletic Training preferred.
