Foster Care Family Impact Specialist
Pathways Youth & Family Services Inc
Pathways Youth & Family Services Inc is seeking a Family Specialist for PTFFC to provide enhanced monitoring, support, and case management to foster care families and children. You will conduct regular visits, develop and implement Service Plans, and coordinate with DFPS and other agencies to ensure wellbeing and safety. The role requires strong documentation, training delivery, and collaboration with the treatment team, with on-going crisis readiness and adherence to program standards in a #J-18808-Ljbffr Pathways Youth & Family Services Inc
