Job Summary

Premier Genesee, a leading senior care provider in Batavia, NY, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager to join our team. As a Sub Acute Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our sub-acute care unit, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes and providing exceptional care to our residents.

RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of nurses in our sub-acute care unit, including assistant unit manager, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance patient care and unit efficiency

• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions

• Monitor and evaluate unit operations , identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes to enhance quality and productivity

• Foster a culture of excellence , promoting a positive and respectful work environment that supports the well-being of both staff and patients

RN Registered Nurse Sub Acute Manager Requirements

• Current RN license in New York State

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sub-acute care setting, with a focus on nurse management or leadership

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills , with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve exceptional patient outcomes

• Strong clinical knowledge , with experience in acute care nursing and sub-acute care principles
