About Woodway For over 50 years, Woodway has been the gold standard in high-performance treadmill technology. Based in Waukesha, Wisconsin, we design and manufacture premium treadmills trusted by professional sports teams, universities, performance facilities, rehabilitation centers, and fitness clubs around the world. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and team-oriented individual to support our growing operations and customer experience efforts. Position Overview This is a versatile, team-focused role that supports multiple departments throughout the company, with a primary focus on sales support and customer service operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable on the phone, comfortable multitasking, and able to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role will assist with customer communication, order/data entry, and administrative support across sales, marketing, and accounting teams. Experience with Epicor ERP software is a plus, but not required.
