Role Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of a recognized Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Possession of (or eligibility for) an active Nevada medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications highly preferred.
