Senior Quality Assurance Scientist - Poultry / Biosecurity We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Scientist for a company operating in a highly controlled biosecurity environment within the poultry and egg industry. This role requires someone skilled at investigating quality issues, identifying root causes, and determining appropriate corrective actions. Just as important, this individual must be comfortable working directly with customers and able to take complex scientific or technical findings and explain them in clear, easy-to-understand terms. The ideal candidate will have: Strong experience conducting quality investigations and root cause analysis Experience with CAPA, quality systems, compliance, and continuous improvement Knowledge of biosecurity, contamination control, and environmental monitoring Experience in poultry, eggs, animal health, biologics, vaccine production, or a related highly regulated environment Strong customer-facing communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to non-scientific audiences Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Animal Science, or a related scientific field 7+ years of progressive quality assurance experience in a regulated environment We are looking for someone who can dig into an issue, determine what happened and why, develop a solution, and confidently communicate those findings both internally and to customers. #J-18808-Ljbffr Scramble Staffing
