Lab Tech
Educations & Qualifications: Prefer minimum of two-year degree in science or related field; or equivalent work experience.
Essential Functions:
- Monitor critical control points of food processing.
- Complete laboratory testing of production and retain samples.
- Monitor production line, specifically filling process.
- May assist in reviewing ingredient, raw material and product specifications.
- May assist with inspections and R&D tasks.
Other Responsibilities:
- Maintain and protect employee, customer, and consumer confidentiality.
- Report to and from work at assigned time.
- Must be honest and reliable.
- Must be able to work in a team atmosphere. Provide help and support to co-workers on an ongoing basis.
- Adhere to dress code policy.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
