We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused  Showroom Coordinator to manage the day-to-day showroom experience. This role is the face of our business—responsible for greeting customers, guiding them through product options, and supporting the sales team in creating a seamless and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Greet and welcome all showroom visitors with a warm, professional approach
• Engage customers to understand their needs and introduce appropriate products
• Provide a high-level overview of window treatments and awning options
• Ensure every visitor has a positive and memorable showroom experience

Appointment Coordination

• Schedule consultations for the sales team
• Capture customer information and properly log all inquiries
• Communicate appointment details clearly to both customers and sales representatives

Communication

• Answer incoming calls and respond to basic inquiries
• Route more detailed questions to the appropriate team member
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers at all times
