Qualifications & Responsibilities Wanting to deliver high quality behavioral healthcare. Seeking work life balance. Interested in growing professionally. Flexible work schedules. Hybrid model – Telemedicine and in-person flexibility. Fully licensed and credentialed in Oregon (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) preferred; may consider unlicensed associates. Experience working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan. Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic(s). Compensation & Benefits Top compensation can exceed $123,000 - $141,000/year, no cap. Compensation model based on productivity.
